Welcome to Rhino Rentals! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the rental services we provide. By accessing or using our site or equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Rhino Rentals, you agree to the terms outlined in your rental contract, including payment, duration, proper usage, and return of equipment in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear and tear).

2. Eligibility

To rent from Rhino Rentals, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide a valid government-issued ID.

  • Accept full responsibility for any equipment while in your possession.

3. Equipment Use

You agree to:

  • Use all equipment safely, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose.

  • Comply with all laws, safety standards, and operating instructions.

  • Report any malfunctions or damage immediately.

  • Misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

4. Rental Period & Returns

  • Rental periods are clearly defined in your contract. Late returns may result in additional fees.

  • Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • If you need to extend your rental, please contact us in advance for approval.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage (excluding normal wear and tear) that occurs while the equipment is in your possession. Additional charges may apply for repair or replacement.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the terms in your rental contract.

  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, check, ACH].

  •  Late payments may be subject to late fees and collection actions.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds may be issued at Rhino Rentals’ discretion based on the timing and reason for cancellation.

  • No refunds for early returns unless specified in your contract.

8. Liability Waiver

  • Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

  • Delays in delivery due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

  • You assume full responsibility and risk for using our equipment.

9. Website Use

  • By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the site.

  • Copy or distribute content without permission.

All content on our site is the property of Rhino Rentals and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Modifications
